But the reason the premium could not be honored was because you failed to provide the documentation needed to receive the quoted premium. You say we have a history of bait and switch tactics, but you don't provide any examples. If this is to be true, we not have not heard anything. In fact, you indicated you were referred to our agency by family members. We have successfully provided good neighbor service for over 40 years. And with the industry, company and community awards we've obtained, that would not have been possible if we did the tactics, you claim we do. We are here to continue to be an asset to the industry and community for years to come. We wish you the best in your endeavors.
